01 Data Collection
We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, including:
- Account Data: Email address and encrypted credentials.
- Profile Data: Names, social handles, and images you upload to your Bio-link.
- Payment Data: Handled securely via Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.
02 Visitor Analytics
When someone visits your BioGen link, we collect anonymous metadata to provide you with analytics. This includes device types, referring sources (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), and general geographic regions. We do not track individual visitors across the web.
03 Data Storage & Security
BioGen is a Dubai-based entity. While our operations are in the UAE, your data may be processed on secure global servers (AWS) to ensure high-speed access for your visitors worldwide. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data transfers.
04 Your Rights
You have the right to export your data or delete your account entirely at any time. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our active databases within 30 days.
